Those who can obtain this type of visa can be 3 groups of people as follows:

1. Foreigners who marriage with Thai nationality / sponsored Thai children

2. Family / followers of "Non-B" visa holders with work permits in Thailand

3. Family / followers of retirement visa holders which is under 50 years old

Requirements for Dependent Visa in Thailand

To apply for their dependent visas, your spouse and/or child will need the following:

·      Passport with at least 6 months validity remaining

·      Completed application form

·      Recent photo, 4×6 cm in size with a blue or white background

·      Original and copy of Marriage Certificate (for spouse) or Birth Certificate (for child)

·      Copy of the sponsoring individual’s Thai Work Permit

·      Copy of the Info page and Thai Visa page of the sponsoring individual’s passport

·     Visa fee (The exact amount depends on which Thai Embassy or Consulate you’re applying at)

·    Evidence of financial status The amount of money that an alien must have with him while traveling in the Kingdom is to have money or documents that should be paid or exchanged for a value equal to the exchange rate of not less than 400,000 baht (four hundred thousand baht).

Retirement Visa 

     Retirement Visa is applicable for the up 50-year-old aliens who propose to live in Thailand. the aliens with Multiple Non-Immigrant Visa don't need to apply for Re-Entry Permit due to when you travel abroad, you will get the re-entry permit for 90 days.

2. Passport photo 3 picture (not older than 3 month, 2 inches in size, white background, with no glasses and glued to the cover letter)

3. Original Book bank and Copy fist page from book bank (sing on page)

4. Address in Thailand
